About CBN
HISTORY OF CBN:
In 2003, God laid it on the heart of Maia Arneson to create a way for Christian business owners to connect, fellowship and pass business leads. Barry Hultgren with Red Letter Publishing, nationwide Publisher of Christian Business Directories (www.RedLetter.com), provided insight and support for the venture to come to fruition.
In November of that year, four chapters kicked off in the Phoenix area with an average of 5-7 members each. Since that time, CBN has flourished in Phoenix and Tucson with 150+ members and is expanding to other markets this year.
STRUCTURE OF CBN:
Christian Business Networking Chapters consist of one professional per industry. Weekly meetings have a dual focus. First, is to gain an understanding of the products or services provided by each member. Second, is to help build each other's businesses by passing referrals to other members which, in turn, builds your business from the leads received.
Belonging to a Christian Business Networking group is like having 10-15 salespeople working for your company.
MISSION OF CBN:
The mission of Christian Business Networking is to connect Christian business owners in an environment to facilitate the passing of business leads while encouraging them to be His light in their industry. Our heart is to help Christian business owners grow their businesses, to provide a place for support and encouragement and to financially impact the community by encouraging tithing by our members through their business growth. The vision of CBN is to live out our motto of "Building God's Kingdom One Business At A Time" by expanding to where God leads.

STATEMENT OF FAITH Christian Business Networking believes the Bible to be the only inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God. We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons- Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe in the virgin birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, His sinless life, His vicarious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection and His ascension to the right hand of God the Father. We believe that our salvation is by grace through faith in His shed blood which is evident through our works. |
